Bali is one of those places where the magic is real, but so is the admin. Airport chaos, dodgy sim card queues, figuring out which restaurant is actually worth the drive versus which one is just good on Instagram. That's where we come in.
Bali Concierge Co exists to take the friction out of your trip so you can actually enjoy it. Think of us as your on the ground fixer. Whatever you need sorted, we're the ones you message.
What we actually do
Some of the everyday stuff we handle for guests:
- Airport transfers and fast track services so you skip the immigration queue and walk straight to a car with your name on it
- Sim cards on arrival because nobody wants to be data-less in a foreign country
- Villa extras like kids fences and other safety items so your villa actually works for your family
- Restaurant recommendations that are based on what you actually like, not what's trending this week
- Day tour and restaurant bookings, including the ones that are usually booked out weeks in advance
- General questions, basically anything. You ask, we answer. If we don't know, we find out.
Quick and important note: none of the above is included in our base fee. If we book you a transfer or get you into a restaurant, that cost gets billed to you same as it would anywhere else. What you're paying us for is the time, the local knowledge, and the fact that you don't have to sit on hold or scroll through outdated blog posts to sort it yourself.
The stuff that doesn't fit in a bullet point
Most of our work is the practical, everyday stuff above. But every now and then a request comes in that reminds us why this job never gets boring.
We've sent an actual search party out for a hire scooter after a guest had a big night in Seminyak and genuinely could not remember where he'd left it. Found it in under an hour.
We've had a groom go down with Bali belly right before his own wedding, so we sent a nurse to treat him on site and got him back on his feet in time to actually enjoy his after party.
We've sourced a wedding veil from scratch for a bride who realised on the morning of her wedding that hers was still sitting in a suitcase back home.
We've pulled off VIP reservations at some of Bali's most in demand restaurants, the kind of tables that normally take weeks of planning.
And that's really the point of a concierge. It's not just booking a taxi. It's having someone in your corner who can solve the problem you didn't see coming, at 11pm, on a Tuesday, in a country you don't know like the back of your hand.
That's what we're here for. Whether it's something simple like a sim card, or something you'd never think to ask a hotel concierge, message us. We've probably already dealt with something weirder.
